Welcome to Clearity (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clearity mobile application (the “App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Clearity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Clearity is designed for real estate businesses to manage HRM (Human Resource Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functions.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscription and Services

Some features of Clearity may require a paid subscription. All fees are displayed within the App or on our website. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload (such as employee details, client records, and property information). By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely for providing the service. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute Clearity without authorization.
• Do not use the App for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Clearity Soft Tech LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our intellectual property without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clearity is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or data issues arising from use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but you may request a copy of your data (if available).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
